TriTis Tibial Fixation System
When it's right, you feel it
Tibial fixation is considered by many to be more problematic than femoral fixation for a number of reasons, including tibial bone quality. This may result in tibial fixation that is weaker than femoral fixation. Our TriTis Tibial Fixation System is designed to address shortcomings with current tibial fixation options.
Now, surgeons can have femoral and tibial fixation solutions that match each other in strength and performance. Like the Stratis ST Femoral Fixation System, the new TriTis Tibial Fixation System provides:
- Rigid fixation
- Enhanced tissue-to-tunnel compression
- Aperture fixation
- Pull out strength exceeding 1000N*
The TriTis Tibial Fixation System is comprised of reusable instrumentation, single use instruments and an implant. TriTis is the first soft tissue tibial fixation device that combines intra-tunnel compression with near-cortical fixation via the Fixation Screw. The system provides the benefits of compression fixation close to the joint line (for improved stability) with the strength of post and washer fixation at or near cortex.

- Tibial Cleat - Circumferential graft compression with fixation close to joint line for improved biomechanics**
- Fixation Screw - 30° off axis fixation, offering two planes of fixation, preventing implant migration
- Fixation Washer - Secure, atraumatic coupling of the graft to the implant, preventing graft slippage.
Together these features provide a fixation strength greater than 1000N*

TriTis Surgical Technique
TriTis uses a straightforward, simple surgical technique similar to techniques currently used for tibial fixation. Click HERE to see an animated overview of the TriTis Surgical Technique.
